Selective financial aid is also awarded to production companies, whether or not they hold an automatic audiovisual production account, for the production of audiovisual works in the following genres:
1° Creative documentaries.
Eligible creative documentaries are those that:
a) Are financed by an hourly contribution in cash from one or more television service publishers or one or more on-demand audiovisual media service publishers, meeting the conditions laid down in 1° or 2° of article 311-8, less than €12,000; <br/>b) Are intended for insertion in programming slots devoted to the broadcasting of magazines other than those mentioned in 2° and whose duration, per unit work or per episode, is less than 45 minutes; <br/>2° Magazine, of particular interest of an essentially cultural nature;
3° Audiovisual adaptation of a live performance.
Eligible audiovisual adaptations of live performances are those that do not meet one or more of the conditions set out in article 311-59.</p>
