Paragraph 3 : Assignment of civil servants from the corps d'encadrement et d'application de la police nationale with the status of judicial police officer to the departments referred to in article 16 (4°)

The civil servants of the corps d'encadrement et d'application de la police nationale referred to in Article 16 (4°) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and having the status of judicial police officer may receive the authorisation to exercise the attributions attached to this status provided for in the aforementioned Article 16 if they are assigned exclusively to one of the following service formations:

1° Pour la direction centrale de la police aux frontières:

-l'office de lutte contre le trafic illicite de migrants;

-la brigade des chemins de fer;

-l'unité nationale d'escorte, de soutien et d'intervention;

-le bureau de la police aéronautique.

2° Pour les directions zonales de la police aux frontières:

-les brigades des chemins de fer;

-les brigades mobiles de recherches;

-les brigades de police aéronautique;

-les unités d'éloignement.

2° bis For the Ile-de-France interdepartmental border police directorate:

-les brigades mobiles de recherche;

-les unités d'éloignement;

2° ter For the interdepartmental directorates:

-les brigades mobiles de recherches;

-les unités d'éloignement;

-les unités d'investigations;

-les services de quart et de contrôle de l'immigration;

-les brigades des chemins de fer.

3° Pour les directions de la police aux frontières des aérodromes Charles-de-Gaulle, Le Bourget et de l'aérodrome d'Orly, les directions départementales, et les services locaux de la police aux frontières:

-les unités d'investigations;

-les services de quart et du contrôle de l'immigration;

-les brigades de chemin de fer;

-les brigades mobiles de recherches;

-les unités d'éloignement.

4° Pour les unités autoroutières des compagnies républicaines de sécurité pour les voies de circulation auxquelles elles sont affectées: les bureaux de circulation routière.

5° Pour la préfecture de police:

-le service chargé de la lutte contre l'immigration irrégulière et le travail illégal des étrangers cité au a du 5 de article R. 15-19 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;

-the police department responsible for the safety of people and property on the waterways of the Ile-de-France departments cited in f of 5 of article R. 15-19 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;

-the decentralised police department responsible for the safety of people and property on public passenger transport networks by rail cited in the second paragraph of Article R. 15-30 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
