The net amount of annual debt payments referred to in articles
L. 2252-1,
L. 3231-4and
L. 4253-1is equal to the difference between the total amount of sums entered :
a) Expenditure on the repayment of loan capital and the payment of interest and the settlement of long or medium-term debts, without receipt of funds;
b) Revenue on the recovery of long and medium-term debts.
These sums are those shown in the primary main budget for the current financial year.
