Failure to comply with the provisions of article
L. 5222-2is punishable by two years' imprisonment and a fine of 3,000 euros.
The court may also order, as an additional penalty, the posting of the judgment at the expense of the convicted person under the conditions set out in
article 131-35 of the French PenalCode and its publication, in full or in excerpts, in the newspapers it designates. These costs may not exceed the maximum amount of the fine incurred.
