I. - Subject to the adaptations provided for in the following chapters, the following provisions of this Code shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands:

1° Book I, with the exception of Articles L. 123-29 to L. 123-31, L. 124-1 to L. 126-1, L. 135-1 to L. 135-3;

Article L. 123-6 shall apply in its wording resulting from the ordonnance n° 2016-1635 du 1er décembre 2016 renforçant le dispositif français de lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme;

Article L. 123-16 is applicable in its wording resulting from Act n° 2019-486 of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses;

Article L. 123-16-2 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law no. 2021-875 of 1 July 2021 aimed at improving the cash flow of associations;

Articles L. 151-1 to L. 152-8 and L. 153-2 to L. 154-1 are applicable, in their wording resulting from Law no. 2018-670 of 30 July 2018 on the protection of business secrecy;

Articles L. 141-12, L. 141-18, L. 143-6 and L. 144-6 are applicable in their wording resulting from Law no. 2019-486 of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses;

Articles L. 141-21 and L. 141-22 are applicable in their wording resulting from Order no. 2023-393 of 24 May 2023 reforming the regime for mergers, demergers, partial contributions and cross-border transactions by commercial companies.

Articles L. 151-1 to L. 151-7, L. 151-9 to L. 152-1 and L. 152-3 to L. 154-1 are applicable in their wording resulting from Law no. 2018-670 of 30 July 2018 on the protection of business secrecy;

Article L. 151-8 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law no. 2022-401 of 21 March 2022 aimed at improving the protection of whistleblowers;

Article L. 152-2 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law no. 2019-486 of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses;

Articles L. 143-17 and L. 143-23 are applicable in their wording resulting from Ordinance no. 2019-1169 of 13 November 2019 on trademarks or service marks;

Article L. 145-16 is applicable in its wording resulting from Ordinance no. 2023-393 of 24 May 2023 reforming the regime for mergers, demergers, partial contributions and cross-border transactions of commercial companies;

2° Book II, with the exception of articles L. 225-27-1, L. 225-79-2, L. 225-245-1, L. 227-2, L. 227-2-1, L. 229-1 to L. 229-15, L. 238-6, L. 244-5, L. 252-1 to L. 252-13, L. 22-10-7 and L. 22-10-24;

Articles L. 223-27, L. 227-10 and L. 227-19 are applicable in their wording resulting from ordonnance no. 2017-747 of 4 May 2017;

Articles L. 228-40, L. 228-46-1, L. 228-47, L. 228-53, L. 228-54, L. 228-58, L. 228-59, L. 228-61, L. 228-77 and L. 228-79 to L. 228-81 are applicable as they appear in the ordonnance no. 2017-970 of 10 May 2017;

Articles L. 228-65 and L. 228-73 are applicable in their wording resulting from Ordinance no. 2023-393 of 24 May 2023 reforming the rules governing mergers, demergers, partial contributions and cross-border transactions by commercial companies;

Articles L. 232-25 and L. 232-26 are applicable in their wording resulting from the aforementioned Law no. 2019-486 of 22 May 2019;

Article L. 225-35-14 is applicable in its wording resulting from the ordonnance no. 2017-1107 of 22 June 2017;

Articles L. 221-7 and L. 225-37-4 are applicable in their wording resulting from Order no. 2017-1180 of 19 July 2017 transposing Directive 2014/95/EU amending Directive 2013/34/EU as regards publication of non-financial information by certain large undertakings and certain groups of undertakings;

Article L. 232-1 is applicable in its wording resulting from Act no. 2018-727 of 10 August 2018 for a State serving a trust-based society;

3° Book III, with the exception of Articles L. 321-1 to L. 321-38;

Article L. 310-5 is applicable in the wording resulting from Law no. 2023-22 of 24 January 2023 on the orientation and programming of the Ministry of the Interior;

4° The provisions of Book IV mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below are applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table.

7° Title I of Book VII, with the exception of Articles L. 711-5 and L. 711-9; Articles L. 721-3 to L. 721-6; Article L. 752-27;

Article L. 712-6 is applicable in its wording resulting from Law no. 2019-486 of 22 May 2019 on the growth and transformation of businesses;

II. - The provisions of Book VIII shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands under the following conditions:

1° The provisions of Title I of Book VIII mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands to judicial administrators, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table.
