The following shall also be entered in the National Register of Companies, upon declaration by the company at the time of its registration:


1° For commercial companies:



a) In the case of an establishment, its sign;


b) In the case of a business, the fact that it concerns either the creation of a business, the acquisition of an existing business, or a change in the legal status under which it was operated and, in the case of the purchase, auction or division of a business, the title and date of the legal gazette in which the insertion required by Article L. 141-12 was published;


> In the case of a company operating in the retail sector, the title and date of the legal gazette in which the insertion required by Article L. 141-12 was published;

3° For commercial companies or companies in the trades and crafts sector, an indication, for each of the activities concerned, of the following:


> a) In the case of the trades and crafts sector, an indication of the status of master craftsman or master craftsman in the trades and crafts sector, as provided for in Article 3 of this decree a) Concerning the origin of the activity:


> i) In the case of a management lease i) In the case of a management lease, the name, working name, pseudonym, forenames and home address of the natural person or the company name and registered office address of the legal entity leasing the business; the start and end dates of the management lease with, where applicable, an indication that the contract is renewable by tacit agreement;

iii) In the case of a sale plan, the name, working name, pseudonym, forenames and home address of the natural person or the corporate name and registered office address of the mandating legal entity, as well as the information provided for in 1° and 2° of Article R. 123-237; the start and end dates of the management mandate contract with, where applicable, an indication that the contract is renewable by tacit agreement iii) In the case of a transfer plan, a statement that the management of the transferred business has been entrusted to the transferee pending completion of the acts necessary for the transfer to be completed;



b) With regard to the operating method, in the case of a management mandate, the name, business name, pseudonym, forenames and address of the natural person or the corporate name and registered office address of the legal entity managing the establishment, as well as the information specified in 1° and 2° of article R. 123-237, the dates on which the management-agent contract begins and ends and, where applicable, an indication that the contract is tacitly renewable;



4° For the companies mentioned in 1° of Article L. 561-45-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the information referred to in Article R. 561-56 of the same code, within the deadlines set out in Article R. 561-55 of the same code;


5° The itinerant or seasonal nature of the activities carried out and, if applicable, the surface area of the shop(s);


>The status of the employer of the person in question 6° The employer status of the company and, if applicable, of each of its establishments.
