Failure to grant the compensation provided for in articles L. 3121-9, L. 3121-11 and L. 3121-12 inthe event of on-call duty is punishable by a fourth-class fine.
Failure to give each employee concerned, or to keep available for the Labour Inspectorate, the document summarising the number of on-call hours worked per employee per month and the corresponding compensation is punishable by the same penalty.
Contraventions give rise to as many fines as there are unduly employed employees.
