In the event of the death of the pharmacist who owns a company mentioned in
article R. 5124-2,the manager after his death is the pharmacist who continues to run the company under the conditions set out in
article L. 5124-4.
He or she is chosen from among the pharmacists mentioned in
article R. 5124-27and, as soon as he or she has accepted the duties entrusted to him or her by the spouse or heirs, requests authorisation from the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
