In forceSubject to the following paragraph and to the provisions of article R. 5315-12 with regard to the decisions covered by 8° of article R. 5315-3, the decisions of the Board of Directors are enforceable fifteen days after their receipt by the supervisory ministers if the latter have not objected. They may be implemented immediately, in the event of an emergency declared by the Board of Directors, with the authorisation of the supervisory ministers.
Decisions relating to 4°, 6°, 7°, 9°, 13°, 14°, 15°, 16, 19° and 20° of article R. 5315-3 are enforceable after joint approval by the supervisory ministers. If no express decision has been notified within one month of receipt by these authorities, these decisions are deemed to have been approved. Where a supervising minister requests additional information or documents in writing, this period is suspended until such information or documents are produced.
