The request for the setting of a hearing day may be presented within two months of the declaration of appeal by the respondent who has constituted a lawyer.
The civil fine provided for in Articles 411-1 and 417 of the Civil Code may not exceed 10,000 euros. This decision is not subject to appeal.
Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 145, an expert may be appointed during the proceedings to estimate the property or propose the composition of the lots to be distributed.
