In the event of conviction for the offences punishable under 1° of article L. 451-2, the court may also order:
The administrative authority may not automatically enforce an administrative ban from French territory when the foreign national is a minor.
The delegate of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and his representatives may be authorised to visit places of administrative detention.
Any person may be buried on a particular property, provided that the property is outside the precincts of towns and cities and at the prescribed distance.
