An action for revocation is barred after five years from the birth or adoption of the last child. It may only be brought by the donor.
The testament-partage produces the effects of a partition. Its beneficiaries may not waive their right to rely on the will to claim a new partition of the estate.
A debtor's forfeiture of the term of payment may not be enforced against his co-debtors, even joint and several, and his guarantors.
The creditor is entitled to the performance of the obligation; he may compel the debtor to do so under the conditions laid down by law.
Absolute nullity may be requested by any person justifying an interest, as well as by the public prosecutor. It cannot be covered by confirmation of the contract.
It may be substituted for writing by judicial confession, decisive oath or prima facie evidence in writing corroborated by another means of proof.

The buyback option may not be stipulated for a term exceeding five years. If it has been stipulated for a longer term, it is reduced to that term.
Decisions are taken by the members at a general meeting. The Articles of Association may also provide that they shall result from a written consultation.
