The measures taken in favour of the disabled and designed to promote equal treatment, as provided for in Article L. 5213-6, do not constitute discrimination.
Without prejudice to the provisions of article L. 6 and special legislative provisions, the purchaser may terminate the contract in the cases provided for in this chapter.
For the application of Article 2-6, references to the provisions of the code du travail are replaced by references to the locally applicable labour law provisions.
