The rules relating to departmental libraries are laid down by the provisions of Titles I and III of Book III of the Heritage Code.
The département is responsible for family and child health protection under the conditions set out in Book I of Part Two.
The provisions of Books I to IV of this Part apply to Mayotte under the conditions and subject to the reservations set out in this chapter.
