The criminal court, at the request of the public prosecutor, has jurisdiction to rule on the enforcement of a confiscation order issued by a court in another Member State.
For the purposes of this section, the competent criminal court is that of the place where one of the assets that is the subject of the claim is located or, failing that, the Paris criminal court.
