I. - Subject to the provisions of article L. 2411-15, the syndicate commission deliberates on the following matters:
The President of the Executive Council attends meetings of the Permanent Commission ex officio, without the right to vote.
Within fifteen days of receiving the request, the chairman shall assign the report to one of the members of the commission.
Commissions due to travellers, sales representatives or sales agents are paid at least every three months.
Proceedings before the departmental commission resume, for the remaining period, on the day after the last day of suspension.
The commission may only rule on disciplinary matters in the presence of the chairman and at least eight of its members.
Requests for authorisation to commission are registered as soon as they are received. Rejection of an inadmissible application is notified to the applicant, with reasons.
