In forceI.-In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 213-2, requisitions sent under the conditions provided for in this code for the interception of telephone communications shall give rise to reimbursement to electronic communications operators, on the basis of invoices and supporting documents, by applying to these requests, for each of the services requested, the amount exclusive of tax of the tariffs set out in the table attached to this order.
II.-In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 213-1, requisitions issued under the conditions set out in this code for the purpose of producing and supplying the data referred to in Article R. 10-13 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code shall give rise to reimbursement to electronic communications operators, on the basis of invoices and supporting documents, by applying to these requisitions, for each of the services requested, the amount excluding tax of the tariffs set out in the tables annexed to this article.
III. - For services not listed in the attached tables, the amount of reimbursement is determined by agreement with the operator or by quotation.
